During pregnancy, the body’s core muscles are weakened causing many imbalances for post natal women. With so much lifting, bending and holding with a young child, new mums are at high risk of injury. Pilates is a great way to get your core muscles active again and prevent further damage.
Our Mums & Bubs classes will specifically focus on restrengthening pelvic floor and abdominals to better support and stabilise the body. Classes will also involve exercises to strengthen arms, back and butts while improving flexibility and posture. With these specialised classes, Mums can prevent lower back pain, incontinence & postural imbalances and feel strong and re-energised.
Our Mums & Bubs classes are designed for women and their baby up to 1 year old. The classes create a fun and friendly environment for both mother and child.
Classes are booked online through our online booking system.
Cost: Mums & Bubs classes are available on our Matwork Package.
Ongoing, classes can be purchased as a membership or block of sessions.
