Day 33 – For those of you who are wondering, the reason I have fallen so far behind on my blog is that I have been in Sydney attending a course pain management, particularly for chronic pain. I decided to write about it here because I think it is very relevant to Pilates. For those of you who are more interested you can see an article I’ve written on the topichere. While I have been very busy and struggling to keep up with my blog you’ll be happy to know I have maintained my daily Pilates, although I have struggled to attend as many classes.
Today I did my own 20 minutes session using the foam roller. Still currently my favourite prop, I mostly did supine abdominals exercises but also through in swan dive and thread the needle in four point kneeling.
