Purchasing your sessions
- Click on the “Purchase Dept Of Water Sessions” to be redirected to our online booking and payment system.
- The screen will display your selected session purchase. To continue with the purchase you will need to create a login, so click on the prompt at the bottom of the screen.
- Follow the directions to fill in your details, create a login and make your purchase.
- A receipt will be emailed to you automatically.
- Remember your login and password, you now have a LIVe account that you can access anytime.

Booking and cancelling classes
- Click on the Dept Of Water employees member login below and it will redirect you to your personal booking system.
- If you are not already logged in, log in now with your username and password that you setup previously.
- View the Matwork South tab and click on the “sign up now!” button next to the Dept of Water class to register. If it asks you for payment, go back to the instructions above and follow the process. If you think you have already made a purchase, phone the office on 9367 4299.
- You can move forward or back through the schedule days and weeks by using the prompts in the small toolbar above the Schedule.
- To cancel a class, go to “my Info” tab and click on the sub-tab “my schedule.” Then you can click cancel next to the class you do not wish to attend. Please cancel at least 3 hours prior to your class or your session will still be deducted.
