TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE:

1a) All purchases are non-refundable. Complete purchases (e.g. all sessions remaining), Faulty goods and goods in their orginal condition may be returned by the purchaser for credit or exchange. Incomplete purchases (e.g. only some sessions remaining) may only be gifted/transferred to another person. All products purchased in a special or on sale may not be returned unless Faulty.

1b) The Matwork Package has a refund policy of $100, the equipment to be kept by the purchaser. $100 refund will be granted as long as the client has attended 1 class per week from the date of his/her booked Intro class  so that the customer has experienced the LIVe services completely. Any refunds requested from clients who have not attended 1 class per week from the booked Intro class will be denied a refund. The refund can be requested at any time within 10 weeks of the client’s Intro class as long as he/she has attended 1 class per week.

2) All membership purchases have a 12 month minimum contract. Memberships will be automatically renewed at the end of the 12 month term unless cancellation of membership is received in writing. Renewed memberships will not be subject to a further contract and can be cancelled at any time in writing. No Fees will be charged for cancellations after the initial 12 month minimum contract. Membership Purchases must be debited monthly from a credit card or bank account. A Dishonour Fee of $10 will be charged for declined membership payments per occurance.

3) All Session Purchases are subject to expiration. Matwork Package has a 3 month expiry from the initial visit date, 10 Session Purchase has a 6 month expiry, 20 Session Purchase has a 9 month expiry, 30 Session Purchase has a 12 month expiry. Bonus sessions and free sessions are subject to a 30 day expiry.  Expiry periods can not be extended.

4) Your session purchases will be registered online at www.livepilates.com.au. Sessions must be booked online to guarantee a place in a class. Any booking that is not canceled within 60 minutes of  a Mat Work  class and 6 hours of a reformer class start time will be charged.

5) Membership holders are able to make 6 bookings per week. Members may attend unlimited unbooked classes. Membership holders who book classes and fail to turn up more than twice per month will be charged a penalty of $8.00 per occurrence.
