READ MORE1) NEW BENEFIT: Membership holders Purchase Credit! Membership holders now receive a 5% account credit on all purchases of apparel at the LIVe studios! Don’t forget to mention that you are a member when purchasing to receive your account credit. You can spend this credit on any products and clothing sold at LIVe.
2) NEW BENEFIT: Members Workshops! At LIVe, we are constantly striving to bring you more value, more education, more classes. So as part of your membership with LIVe you now have access to LIVe Members Workshops. These 1-2 hour workshops will run on weekends at different studios and will cover topics that you, our members, want to know more about. Most workshops will be FREE to memberships holders and will be a nominal fee for session holders. We would like to invite you to suggest topics for our workshops which we will kick off in April. Email your suggestions to owen@livepilates.com.au.
3) Reminder of failed autopays: As per your Terms and Conditions of your membership contract, any failed autopays as a result of the client’s card error, e.g. insufficient funds, a $5.00 re-processing fee applies and will be added to your next autopay amount. This covers our additional transaction fees, administrative reporting and re-processing and account reconciliation.
4) Booking Privileges: Up until now we have granted all members the ability to book unlimited sessions unpaid to use unused weekly sessions in other weeks. Unfortunately there has been many bookings over and above membership allowances and therefore we have had to restrict the number of weekly bookings to be exactly as your membership allows. This means if you are on a 3 per week membership you can only book 3 sessions in a week. If you require to book an unused session from the previous week you will now need to phone the office on 9367 4299.
5) Booking in advance: Membership holders will now be able to book up to 30 days in advance only. This is to reduce the number of clients booking classes in the future and forgetting their bookings, then not turning up. Membership Holders will be able to phone the office and request advanced bookings for more than 30 days and will only be denied this privilege if the membership holder has a history of absences. Session holders will not have the privilege of advanced bookings of more than 30 days, so membership holders will have booking priority.
6) Booking Privileges Suspensions: As a membership holder you are still required to late cancel online or inform the office that you will not be attending a class, even if it within the 3 hour cancellation period. If you can’t cancel online, you can call the office on 9367 4299 or text the office on 0427 452 837, which is easily remembered alpha-numerically; 042 PILATES. Clients who are absent and have failed to cancel their booking online or contact the office, even within 3 hours, will have their online booking privileges suspended for 2 weeks as this is unfair and discourteous to others. During this time the client may book through the office only.
