This fortnights challenge commences TODAY 03 AUG – MON 16 AUG and consits of lots of fruit &/or vegetables!!!
Over the 2 weeks you are required to ingest EITHER 2 serves of fruit OR 5 serves of vegetables. Ideally we should be consuming both each day, however, for this challenge you are required to do only ONE. If you do both, that is a bonus for you, but it does not exempt you from missing out on another day!
What is a serve I hear you ask???
FRUIT
1 serve = 1 cup of chopped fresh or canned fruit
VEG
1 serve = 1/2 cup cooked chopped veg OR 1 cup chopped raw veg (cooked veg is less as most veg usually reduce in size when cooked)
